Having missed out on the boyhood dream of becoming a professional cricketer, Ricky used his sporting background to go into education and quickly became middle management as a Head of House in a local secondary school. 

Having been offered an opportunity to alter his professional course into business in 2017, Ricky went into the woodburning stove industry.

Ricky learnt as swiftly as possible about business development, networking, and the importance of positive relationships. 
A great believer in motivation, well-being and positive attitudes directing the way to business success, Ricky was again offered another opportunity to join Blackdown Dental in 2024. 

After a couple of months of careful consideration, the new challenge was accepted, and Ricky now finds himself attempting to fully understand a completely new industry.

Outside of work Ricky can be found watching horse racing, supporting Arsenal FC and following Bath Rugby.
Ricky takes great joy in watching his son play sport and walking the dog with his wife. Ricky also enjoys a glass of red as well of an evening!
